The 22nd State Championships of Uriankhai Style Archery began today on September 27th. The two-day State Championships will be held at the Central Stadium.

The competition today begins the Uriankhai Style Team Archery competition.

A program of archery for senior archers and personal records will be organized at the weekend.

Archers from remote Bayan-Ulgii, Khovd, Selenge and Khentii Provinces will be presented at the State Championships this year.

Previously the State Championships of Uriankhai Style Archery were held in the countryside. However, from this year the State Championships will be held in Ulaanbaatar City and the archers will be ranked and granted degrees.

According to the organizers of the State Championships there is no age limit or limit to the number of participants.
