The 9th Session of Intergovernmental Consultative Committee between Mongolia and  the Democratic People”s Republic of Korea (DPRK) will take place between September 22nd and 26th in Pyongyang, DPRK.

The 9th Session of  Intergovernmental Consultative Committee between Mongolia and  the DPRK will be held on the 65th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between two countries. The Minister of Industry and Agriculture Kh.Battulga will be representing the Mongolian Government, DPRK Minister of Foreign Trade Ri Ryong Nam and government officials from the two countries will attend.

Broad bilateral talks of cooperation between the two countries are expected during the  session.

The parties will exchange opinions giving opinions on current partnerships in trade, economy and agriculture and cooperation in the near future in these sectors and other sectors. A cooperation memorandum between the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MNCCI) and DPRK Ministry of Foreign Trade and protocols of  the 9th Session of Intergovernmental Consultative Committee are expected to be signed.

Mongolian delegates will meet the Supreme People”s Assembly Chairman, the DPRK Minister of Railways and the Chairman of the Joint Venture Investment Committee and attend an opening ceremony of an International Exhibition, Pyongyang Autumn in order to exchange practices of industrial regions and agriculture.
