Five Chinese intruders who trespassed over the border of Mongolia to poach the wild horse, a rare animal, were arrested by the Police of Bugat city in Inner Mongolia, an autonomous region of China.

The intruders and poachers are accused of violating the border boundaries and illegally hunting an endangered species using firearms.

The intruders were believed to have cut the border wire fence and to have driven across the border, violating the territory of Mongolia in order to hunt the endangered wild horse.

Police found a poached wild horse in the intruders` vehicle. The poachers claimed that they hunted the wild horse intending to use the meat as food but police suspect that the real purpose was for money.

Police seized the intruders firearms used for poaching. During the investigation it was revealed that none of them had permission to poses or use the firearms.

The poachers will face an additional charge of illegally holding firearms.
