IP cameras are being installed in polling stations in the City because the upcoming Presidential Election is to be organized using an automatic system for the first time in Mongolia.

The Election Committee in Ulaanbaatar City has organized the installation along with the Information Technology Authority Mongolia in 368 sub-electoral districts in order to carry out the voting process transparently.

The IP cameras in 66 sub-electoral districts will be connected to fiberglass cables in order to broadcast the process of the election to the whole wide. 

Six teams sent by the Information Technology Authority are working to install the cameras. The IP camera installation will be completed by June 23rd.
