From 6th July orders for tickets for the Nadaam festival start flooding in. In Mongolia, where over 65 thousands tourists arrive in July, there is a huge demand for tickets and the G category vehicle parking allowance for tourists.

Due to complaints about the inadequate distribution of tickets for Naadam and vehicle parking allowance for tourists during the high season of the National Celebration, the Ulaanbaatar City Tourism Board will issue tickets parking allowances to national tour operators. Only tour operators that carry out  steady and responsible activities within the law will be chosen for the 807th anniversary of Great Mongol State and the 92nd anniversary of Mongolian People`s Revolution this year.

Because of the small capacity and few seats in the National Stadium where the opening and closing grand ceremonies are held, the number of tickets for Naadam for tourists is not always enough.

The Ulaanbaatar City Tourism Board will receive written orders for tickets of Naadam and vehicle parking allowance G for tourists from June 6th till June 21st. The formal written order must be submitted to door 612 at the Ulaanbaatar City Tourism Board with the following enclosure:

• A copy of the Certificate of the State Registration of legal entity
• A copy of the Certificate of Inbound or international tour operator
• A note of paid income tax to related district tax office
• List of tourists` names and surnames (serial number, surname, name written alphabetically in sheet)

In some cases a description of the Tax Office and Statistic Office is required.

Only legal and valid documents are permitted.

The Ulaanbaatar City Tourism Board will distribute the tickets for Naadam and vehicle parking allowances only after the completion of the requests. Tickets will be distributed to tour operators that have paid the payment in time.

Due to the fixed number of tickets and parking Ulaanbaatar City Tourism Board might cut the number of orders. The Board is warning about the possible risk of inadequate distribution in advance.

The Tourism Board along with other Tourism Associations are to take measures to add to the number of tickets for Naadam for tourists, install toilets at the National Stadium, arrange qualified services of food, drink and goods and a number of other arrangements in Khui doloon khudag during the National Celebration.
