The trial for the hip hop singer from Digital band, Sh.Batbayar, and his associates T.Altai and G.Adiyasuren was held at Chingeltei District Court on Wednesday May 29th. The Court sentenced T.Altai to seven years jail term and Sh.Batbayar and G.Adiyasuren to three months for use of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances and attempts to sell to others.

But the Court announced that Sh.Batbayar`s three month-arrest be reduced because of the period he was detained before the trial. So Sh.Batbayar will be detained for one month.

The hearing started at 8:30 am in Chingeltei District Court behind closed doors.  
The trial regarding the narcotic drugs was scheduled to be held last March but was postponed with no future date given because the hip hop singer suffered burns when he was in a holding cell. The hip hop singer had treatment for two months in a hospital until he left the hospital on May 9th. During this period Sh.Batbayar was on bail.
