Local army recruitment finished on Thursday, so newly recruited servicemen are called in transit divisions in Ulaanbaatar.

The Capital City recruitment begins today, on Friday May 3rd in accordance with instructions by Ulaanbaatar City Mayor E.Bat-Uul.

Recruitment commissions have been established at 83rd school in Songinokhairkhan district, 96th school in Bayangol District, 53rd school in Bayanzurkh District, 31st school in Sukhbaatar District, 24th school in Chingeltei District and 52nd school in Khan-Uul District.

Some 93 percent of military-age youths in Ulaanbaatar City have reportedly received their notice-paper.

District police have checked on vehicles of servicemen and are allowing them to drive in the first lane according to a command by the Traffic Police.
