The trial for A.Bat-Yalalt who robbed a bank and murdered a banker`s husband was held in the 461st  detention center of the Court Decision Enforcement General Office. Nalaikh District Court sentenced A.Bat-Yalalt to a 25 year jail term in a special regime prison for the murder.

The primary trial for the case was postponed three times because the attorney failed to attend the trial.

When A.Bat-Yalalt entered a bank in Nalaikh District he said that he was a reporter and wanted to see the director. He took money from the bank director and murdered her husband.

The court sentenced A.Bat-Yalalt to the death penalty last November but the appeal court transferred the case to the primary court.
