The Government has issued a decision to dismiss the Chairman of the State Property Committee, Ts.Nanzaddorj and the First Deputy Head of the General Intelligence Agency, Ch.Chuluunbaatar, during a cabinet meeting on January 12th, 2013.

The senior officials were appointed by the former Government on the basis of a conclusion by the State Service Council on July 25th, 2013.

But the dismissed Ts.Nanzaddorj refuses to accept the Government’s decision claiming it was an unfair decision.

Ts.Nanzaddorj is making a claim to Sukhbaatar District Court against the Government’s decision to dismiss him groundlessly and is insisting that the Government hire him back.
Sukhbaatar District Court was scheduled to hear the complaint last Monday, but it was postponed until next week due to a request by the defendant.
