The Ch.Battuul case, where she is accused of murdering an American man was discussed in the trial in Songinokhairkhan District on Thursday April 4th.

The judges panel said more evidence and facts were needed and transferred the case back to the investigation stage.

Ch.Battuul`s friends J.Batchuluun and D.Otgonbayar are also accused of helping her to commit and hide the murder.

Ch.Battuul is accused of murder with the intention of revenge and greed according to articles 91.2.1, 91.2.3, 91.2.6 and 91.2.12 of Criminal Law.

If she is found guilty for the murder she faces 15 to 25 years in jail or the death penalty.
