Eight staff members of the Court Decision Enforcement General Office have been dismissed over failing in their responsibility in the case of the fire in detention center 461. Hip hop band member Baavar, or Sh.Batbayar, who is suspected of narcotic use and sale was detained in the 461 detention because of failure to attend a hearing without due reason, was taken to the Burn Injury Recovery Center with 35 percent burns on Saturday March 23rd. The hip hop singers family and officials have made different statements about the incident where the suspect allegedly set fire to himself. The Court Decision Enforcement General Office dismissed eight staff, the Vice Chair of the detention center 461, Ulziibat, and the camera controller.

Staff of the detention center claimed the band member attempted to set himself on fire, but the singer and his family denies the claim and blamed an electricity malfunction.

The incident has been explained with a variety of accounts, however the camera recording, the main evidence in the incident, is not able to play. But experts of the Court Decision Enforcement General Office are working to restore the records to examine the reason behind the incident.

The Court Decision Enforcement General Office refused to give more information about the process of restoring the camera recording announcing only that a press conference will be held on Thursday March 29th.
