Benoy Architecture Company have announced they will be building the new “Olympic Residence”. The luxury high-rise, multi-use development has been commissioned to be built in the centre of Ulaanbaatar, near the embassy district.

According to the Benoy website the new build will combine offices, retail space, restaurants and residential areas and will also include a private leisure club house with private garden terrace. Benoy has stated that the development will provide the most luxurious apartments in Mongolia.

The British company already has a large presence in Asia and it looks like it is ready to expand into new territories with the Olympic Residence due to be completed next year.
