The Criminal Police Department has initiated an investigation into the Chongsulgarden Company that illegally produces commercial and imitation alcohol using rare herbs such as ginseng, roseroot and foxberry by hand in non-standardized industrial conditions.

The Criminal Police Department is carrying out an investigation and questioning the illegal distributors and vendors of the fake alcohol. It is being marketed as a healthy, medical alcohol with ginseng, roseroot and foxberry according to witness’s reports. The alcohol for medical treatment has been proved to be non-standard and poor quality by the Specialized Inspection experts.

Police have given a warning not to buy or sell the so called alcohol with ginseng, roseroot and foxberry.
