On the first day of spring, across the whole country, there were 41 babies born on the first day of the Year of the Victorious Water Snake at State Maternal Hospitals.

At the First Maternal Hospital in the Capital City 10 mothers delivered five boys and five girls.

At the Second Maternal Hospital seven mothers delivered two boys and five girls.

At the Third Maternal Hospital six mothers delivered three boys and three girls.

At the National Center for Maternal and Child Health 18 mothers delivered seven boys and 11 girls.
