Е.Sagsai has been appointed as the Prosecutor General for Sukhbaatar District. In accordance with a decree by the State Prosecutor General, new prosecutors of the City and aimags have been appointed.

Due to the decree, E.Sagsai was dismissed from his post as the Deputy Director of the Ulaanbaatar Prosecutor”s Office (UPO) and appointed to the role of Prosecutor General in Sukhbaatar District.

The former Deputy Director of the Investigation Department of the Office of the State Prosecutor General, Ts.Batbold, has replaced him as the Deputy Director of the UPO.
