A public poll under the title of “Do you agree banning a left hand wheel drive during hours between 08:00-22:00 on Sunday” will be conducted again.

The public poll will be run via SMS among 100,000 customers of mobile operator companies which occasionally selected by “Ulaanbaatar listens” bureau data center.  And a mobile network users will be able to vote by replying to selected answers when he receives a SMS.

The poll will start at 10.00 am on January 20 and continue for 30 hours.

The proposed regulation banning left hand wheel drive every Sunday by the City Administration is designated to reduce traffic by protecting civil lives and rights, joining international convention.
