Umnugovi aimag, which is the center of Mongolian big mineral resource Tavantolgoi, Oyutolgoi is still covered darkness due to lack of electricity.

However the national big companies such as Oyutolgoi, Erdenes TT, Energy resource and MAK run operations in Umnugovi aimag, the center of the aimag has no electricity lightning candles.

B.Badraa, The Governor of Umnugovi aimag said that Power Plant in Dalanzadgad was expected to produce 6 mb capacity electricity when it was established.

But currently the Power Plant can produce only 2.5 mb electricity. So the need barely can meet the demand
