According to a study 12,007 mothers gave birth at the State Maternity Clinic I, 6,313 at State Maternity Clinic II, 4,350 at State Maternity Clinic III and over 10,000 mothers gave birth at the Maternal and Child Health Research Center in 2012.

On the first day of the New Year N.Udval, the Ministry of Health, J.Amarsanaa, Deputy Minister of Health and J.Khatanbaatar, the State Secretary for the Ministry of Health visited the State Maternity Clinics to see the maternal wards current condition and to give congratulations to mothers. At the turn of the New Year 8 mothers gave birth in the State Maternity Clinic I, 18 at the State Maternity Clinic II and 18 at the State Maternity Clinic III and 20 at the Maternal and Child Health Research Center.
