Project experts from the Japan International Cooperation Agency JICA backed by the Japanese Government is to offer free aid for a metro project in Ulaanbaatar. The Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry will host the project introduced today during their meeting at 03:00 pm. The metro project in Ulaanbaatar is designed to reduce heavy traffic jams in the city, save on time and to mark an important stage in Mongolian construction development.

If the project is accepted successfully JICA will provide technical support and soft loans to build the metro. Detailed information of private sector participation possibilities will be provided during the meeting today.
