
The attorneys for the defendants submitted a request to summon the chief accountant G.Enkhtsetseg to appear as a witness to the Court. But G.Enkhtsetseg failed to come. The accusers requested to transfer the case for re-investigation. Therefore the judges panel received the request and reached a decision to postpone the case again. The 149 page file case trial was headed by judge B.Baatar while O.Munkhbaatar was the State Prosecutor. Former Mongol Bank First Vice President B.Enkhkhuyag, Mongol Bank Monitoring Board Director J.Ganbaatar, Financial Regulatory Authority Chairman D.Bayarsaikhan, and three members of Anod’s Representatives’ Managing Council (RMC), N.Davaa, E.Gur-Aranz, and U.Enkhtur have all been convicted.
The trial was once scheduled for November 26th but was delayed due to lack of attendance.
