A demonstration against Kh.Nyambaatar who was appointed as the head of Citizens` Representatives` Khural in Songinokhairkhan District. Seventeen DP representatives elected for the Citizens` Representatives` Khural in Songinokhairkhan District and supporters held the demonstration outside of Songinokhairkhan District Administrative building on Monday. The demonstrators claimed that Kh.Nyambaatar was in collusion with the District Electoral Commission, breaking election law, and covering it up.

The results of the Local Administrative Election for 41 representatives of the Citizens` Representative Khural in Songinokhairkhan district were DP-17, MPP-17 and MPRP-two. But five candidates of MPP violated Local Administrative Election law that forbids the distribution of money, gifts for free, or selling with discount and giving away free services to voters to attract votes. The District Police Department and the Prosecutor`s office are investigating the case.
