Custom officers at Chinggis khan international airport found almost 4 kg of drug related items today.

Our journalist found out about it from N.Tamir, the chief of Public Relations Office at General Customs Office.

 “It happened today.  Our customs officers revealed the drugs and delivered them to the Customs laboratory to be tested. The laboratory conducts tests for drugs at customs in order for customs to reveal the narcotic nature of the substance according to international conventions. Currently the test results have yet to be released. When the result come out we will determine what kind of narcotic it is and how much strength it has. But now it is too early to determine what it is.

Customs Officers often reveal drugs and narcotics at Customs.

The latest was a woman who was arrested at Customs when she tried to smuggle drugs. The Customs officers found a great amount of drugs in her suitcase.
