A trial for N.Jamsran, the head of MPP in Uvs aimag and Ya.Lhagva and T.Gansukh, members of MPP, who wereaccused of distributing money to voters in order to attract their vote during the Local Administrative Election, was held in Bayanzurkh district court on December 4th.

The Court found that T.Gansukh was guilty for renting herders gers for 100,000 MNT as a campaign venue  in Burgastai bag in Tarialan sum in Uvs aimag, by distributing money in order to attract votes.   The Court reached a decision to fine T.Gansukh, N.Jamsran and Ya.Lhagva each 12 million MNT or 90 fold of the minimum labor pay.
