State Supreme Court trial for senior police officials major general, Ch.Amarbold, police colonel Sh.Batsukh, O.Zorigt who are charged for failing responsibility, caused loss and damage to State during July 1 incidents in 2008 after parliamentary election from primary and appeal court was scheduled on November 28.

Sukhbaatar District Court and City Court reached a decision to sentence 3.6 years jail term to major general Ch.Amarbold, colonel Sh.Batsukh, 2.6 years to colonel O.Zorigt. But lieutenant colonel G.Ganbaatar released on mercy. Senior police officials were charged for abuse power and failure of taking action by causing great loss and damage to State.

Major general Ch.Amarbold detained in Gantskhudag detention center for a month while colonel Sh.Batsukh jailed in prison in Amgalan. And colonel O.Zorigt is being treated in hospital while awaiting trial.
