
The Local Administrative election will be held on 21st November. The Governor of the Capital City and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar, Erdene Bat-Uul, has announced some measures for the voting day to allow the coming local election to run normally. The instructions say that the sale of alcohol, beer and the serving of such products are prohibited in the city area on election day. The City Major also ordered the state owned Ulaanbaatar Electricity Distribution Network company, the Information and Communication Networking company and the City Transportation Authority to provide voting units and election committees with appropriate conditions in order to sustain the service of electricity, network and normal transport services on the election day.
The City Major also delivered notes to the authorities of Narantuul, Kharkhorin, Da Khuree, Uguumur, 100 ail and Gurvaljin markets to close on election day on 21st November.
