The trial for A.Bat-Yalalt, who has been accused of murder, was scheduled to start today in Nalaikh district court. The trial was postponed because one of the judges, B.Munkhbayar, had been appointed to Chingeltei district court and was not able to come for the trial. Therefore the trial has been postponed until 11 o`clock, 20th November.  A.Bat-Yalalt is accused of murder in Nalaikh district. The victim was the husband of the director of Khaan bank in Nalaikh district.  A.Bat-Yalalt claimed that he tried to rob the bank in order to pay his debts.  A.Bat-Yalalt is charged for murder according to Criminal law.
