Minister for Culture, Sport and Tourism Ts.Oyungerel met with the Deputy Minister for Tourism from the Republic of Korea, Han Jangyoung in the Government House upon his request.  Han Jangyoung was accompanied by officials Lee Changho, Cha Moonyoung, RiewWha Sun, and Kim Hyuntae.  During the meeting Han Jangyoung mostly expressed his interests in Mongolia’s three manly games. He wanted to see Lake Khuvsgul in the Khuvsgul province but did not because of the cold weather but he promised to come again to see the lake another time.

In reply Ts.Oyungerel explained that Khuvsgul lake is the must see beautiful place for photographers, hikers, and athletes. She stated that the Ministry is planning to build a hotel with international standards and a four season tourist camp in the Khuvsgul province.  She also stated that the Gobi region is expected to be paleontological and the Orkhon valley is to be a historical tourist destination in future.

At the end of the meeting Han Jangyoung said again that he wished to see Khuvsguland asked the Minister to help him see Mongolian nomadic life the next time he visits Mongolia.
