There was an accident at a coal mine operation that runs in the Nalaikh district leaving five miners, who dug the small unauthorized mine, unconscious.  The injured miners were delivered to a nearby hospital for emergency aid. The accident occurred at about 11:00 am on October 17th in the Nalaikh district. It seems that the accident occurred when the air-course pump, which delivers oxygen underground, was turned off and the miners were left without oxygen.  Those who lost consciousness were delivered directly to a hospital in Nalaikh and one miner is reported to be in serious condition.  The mining rescue team responded to the accident scene and the Nalaikh district police started an investigation on the case.
