The Standing Committee on State Structure discussed issues regarding amendments to 2013 budget law, the budget for Social welfare fund, the 2013 budget law for Human Development fund, and parliament election law during a regular meeting on October 17th.  The Ministry of Finance and Presidential office jointly discussed and planned to allow 11.4 billion MNT for related financing.  This means that the Mongolian President`s budget has increased by 6.4 billion MNT which is twice the amount of last year’s budget.
