A press conference was held today at 11am at the State Information Hall to outline the media project, Budget 2013.  The project was created to provide the public with information regarding the budget.  At the press conference Ts.Munkhtur,the Chief of Public Relations and Communication at the government office and B.Temuulen, the Executive Director of News agency spoke about the project. The Government of Mongolia is aiming to be transparent about budget planning so they are conducting this project with the goal of providing the public with facts about the budget and to encourage citizen participation.

Mongol Mass Mediagroup, NEWS agency (NEWS.mn portal site), EАGLE NEWS TV, and NEWS production are some of the media groups that were present and are supporting the government with this project.  These organizations are cooperating by presenting serial programs and articles and by tracking down news for the project which aims to platform taxpayers, researchers,and budget developers about the status by gathering feedback.
