Ex-Governor of Orkhon province, D.Ouynbat`s case will be reviewed on judges meeting at State Supreme Court today. D.Oyunbat is accused of abusing his authority during the years as Governor of Otkhon province. However, primary court and appellate court sentenced  D.Ouynbat  3.6 years to prison and barred from working as an official for two years, State Supreme Court  showed him a mercy. Chamber for criminal case at State Supreme Court determined  that the case has no components of crime and rejected the sentence according to the 24.1.1 act of article 24 of Criminal punitive law and pardoned the case. But  control prosecutor opposed the State Supreme Court`s pardoned  decision and wrote exclamation. Therefore judges are to review the case at the State Supreme Court.
