On September 4th The State Supreme Court will review the 100 percent Chinese owned Petro China Daqing Tamsag LLC`s case  which operates oil exploration and exploitation in the territory of Bayan-Undur bag ( Tamsag area) of Matad soum,Dornod aimag.

Last April the Bayanzurkh District Court determined that Petro China Daqing Tamsag LLC caused great loss and damages to the natural environment, failed to carry out complete obligations on protecting and recovering the nature during its oil exploration and exploitation in Tamsag and resolved that the company should pay 1.3 billion MNT to the Matad soum budget for causing natural and environment damages.  Petro China Daqing Tamsag LLC claimed that Court`s decision was reasonless and appealed to the State Supreme Court.
