International Project Finance Association /IPFA/ organized first time “Financing Projects & Investment Opportunities in Mongolia” meeting at  hotel “Blue Sky” Mongolia on 27th Sep. Liberty Partners LLC, Sidley Austin LLP co-hosted and Rio Tinto backed the meeting. During the meeting representatives from public, banking and financing and private sector, Kh.Battulga, Minister of Industry and Agriculture, Ganbat Chuluunkhuu, Managing Director, Liberty Partners LLC,A.Gansukh, Minister of Road and Transportation, Steve Katzman Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific, “Bechtel” hold presentations related to Sainshand complex construction works.

Operating over 300 projects in 50 countries “Bechtel”, Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific, Steve Katzman firstly introduced methods to investors how to build factors in Sainshand complex. He noted that  “Bechtel” can build metallurgical, steel, coking and copper mill in Sainshand complex. Officials related to the issue reported to investors that  State owned company established under name of Sainshand complex in order to hurdle the works, find resolution. As a CEO of the company A.Ganzorig was appointed. He has 20 years of experience of private sector and partnerships.
