Mongolian coking coal explorer and developer Aspire Mining
Limited (ASX: AKM, “Aspire” or “the Company”) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr Sado Demchigsuren Turbat as a non-executive
director.

Mr. Turbat has over 12 years of experience in the resource sector of Mongolia.
As one of the authors of the 1997 Minerals Law of Mongolia and as an Honorary
Member of Mongolian National Mining Association, Mr Turbat is a key figure in
the development of Mongolian mining industry policy and regulative framework.
Mr Turbat is a founder of Mine Info LLC and the “Discover Mongolia”
annual international mining forum. Currently Mr Turbat serves as Managing
Director of Behre Dolbear Mongolia LLC.

Aspire also announces the resignation of Mr Gan-Ochir Zunduisuren as a
non-executive director to pursue other interests. Mr Zunduisuren was involved
in Aspire”s acquisition of the company”s flagship Ovoot Coking Coal Project in
February 2010. The Aspire Board thanks Mr Zunduisuren for his contribution and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
