Mongolia”s XacBank LLC is considering an issuance of U.S. dollar bonds and
has hired ANZ and Citigroup to arrange meetings with potential investors, a
person with knowledge of the deal said Wednesday.

The investor meetings are scheduled to take place in London and Hong Kong
from Wednesday, the person said.
