B.Bilegt as chairman of General Police Authority.

B.Bilegt born in 1960 in Khentii province. B.Bilegt one of
democratic activist in 1990. He served as chairman of National Television and
Radio, chairman of General Intelligence Authority and chairman of
Administrative Office of National Security Commission.
