After the delay in two days Election
Commission of Ulaanbaatar City Representative Khural announced preliminary results June 28 election on
Saturday evening, on June 30.

Ulaanbaatar city residents voted to directly elect 30 representatives and
cast ballots for a political party, with their votes then used to allocate 15
more seats under a system of proportional representation.

Democratic Party took 20 seats and
remaining 10 goes to Mongolian People’s Party.

15 seats to be distributed in proportion to the party vote. Democratic Party
6, Mongolian People’s Party 4, Justice coalition (Mongolian People’s Revolutionary
Party and Mongolian National Democratic Party) 4 and Civil Will-Green Party has
1 seat in the Ulaanbaatar City Representative Khural.
