The government of Mongolia take a historical decision to
distribute to every citizen a superior share of “Erdenes MGL”, state owned
company said the Premier S.Batbold after government meeting yesterday.

“Erdenes MGL” company was established in 2007, and owned
licenses of strategic mine deposits. By today “Erdenes MGL” has two daughter
companies-“Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi” and “Oyu Tolgoi”.

“Erdenes MGL” company owns 100 million ordibary shares and 3
million superior shares.
