Agriculture
and Light Industry Minister T.Badamjunai have introduced to the Cabinet meeting
program on development Ger district. The regularly Cabinet meeting held yesterday,
on Wednesday.

By
the first half of 2012 184 thousand resident of 306 thousand families living in
capital city of Ulaanbaatar. To implement the program on Development ger
district to do amendments to laws such as Law on Land, Law on Land Cadastre, Law
on City Planning and Law on Construction.

The
Minister T.Badamjunai said in frame work of the program started a construction
work of VII and XIV subdistruct and started to install engineering work of area
near the National Public TV and Radio. All construction work financed by $300
million a soft loan provided by China.

The
Development Bank of Mongolia provide MNT 23 billion for improvement engineering
work and construction of new apartment complex.

 As said introduction by first quarter of 2012
year 90 thousand residents are privatized their land for family use in
Ulaanbaatar. Also started a work to connect families who living near the
Ulaanbaatar, such as Ulziit, Takhilt to the centralized engineering network. 62
kilometer long news road built in ger district and 64 kilometer road restored. Ulaanbaatar
City administration planning to built 171 kilometer new road by 2016.
