The court hearing of ex-president
N.Enkhbayar’s case postponed till June 4. The court hearing started at 10 am in
Sukhbaatar District court. N.Enkhbayar’s lawyers Mr. O.Baasankhuu and Mrs.
B.Oyunchimeg came to the court but ex-president N.Enkhbayar didn’t appreared.

According to the press officer
MPRP, headed N.Enkhbayar, ex-president not able to came because of health
condition. The source said N.Enkhbayar’s lawyers demanded to call to court
hearing two more people, which connected to the privatization of the Sukhbaatar
printing house- MP Kh.Narankhuu and L.Sergelen.
