Plenary session of the parliament yesterday discussed a draft
of resolution of Guidelines of Mongolian economy and social development in
2013. To keep an inflation rate in low level the government going to take some
measures. The government focused on three products which influenced to
inflation- meat, fuel and construction cost.

In 2013 the government going to stock some 12 thousand ton
meat for MNT 7.2 billion. Also MNT 40 billion for fuel reservation.

According to the survey last one month price of newly built
apartment increased by MNT 100 thousand per square meter. Two years ago 2 room
apartment with 40 square meter cost MNT 42 million. Now it is increased to MNT
50 million. During the discussion MP’s concluded one of the reason of
construction cost is rising is all raw materials for construction importing
from China. Therefore the government proposed to built 12 factory of
construction’s raw materials for MNT 322 billion.
