MP L.Bold (DP) sent a draft law on Bayanmongol Company,
which he initiated, to the government for get a feedback. A similar draft law
discussed by the parliament in 2009 and as result of discussion law on Human
Development Fund was approved by the parliament. By the Human Development Fund
law suppose to establish a national company for distribution state shares of
strategic mine for citizens.

The government established “Erdenes Mongol” company based on
Tavantolgoi mine, “Erdenes Oyutolgoi” based on Oyutolgoi mine and decided to
distribute 1072 shares from “Erdenes Tavantolgoi” to every Mongolians.

But Mp L.Bold considered have not established national
company as said in the law and prepared a draft law on establishment of the
national company.

L.Bold proposed to establish an independent company not depending
from the government. Governing body will be a meeting of shareholders and two
representatives from 21 province and four representatives from capital city will
form a governing body.
