The officials from the Authority of Court Decision
Implementation denied that N.Enkhabayar’s family haven’t met with him after the
arrest.

According to the
Ts.Ochgerel, head Decision Implementation unit of the Authority of Court
Decision Implementation Enkhbayar’s family have met with Ebkhabayar on Saturday, on May 5. He said that fact confirmed
by video.

On question why
haven’t used carrying bucket while transporting him from Tuv province to the
Capital city the Ts.Ochgerel answered “Enkhbayar refused to go to hospital. But
doctors insisted to transfer him to hospital. So we have to carry him without
bucket. But we haven’t used any force”.

According to Ts.Ochgerel
Mr.Enkhbayar have ordered vegetarian food during the stay in Tuv province
Detention center. “I heard Mr.Enkhabayr has shifted to the vegetarian food a
six month ago. When he arrested he said he will continue his vegetarian food.
So our cook prepared food to Enkhbayar under the watch security guard of
Enkhbayar” said Ts.Ochgerel.
